Milburn have announced a tour to celebrate the 15th Anniversary of their debut album, ‘Well Well Well’. The Sheffield indie stalwarts will play a hometown show at the Leadmill, along with dates in London and Manchester later this year.

They will also release 1000 special edition records, bringing ‘Well Well Well’ to vinyl for the first time. The special edition release will include B Sides, bonus tracks and a selection of live tracks from the band’s 2006 show at the Leadmill.

Lead singer, Joe Carnall says: “I get at least one request a week on social media for Well Well Well to be released on vinyl. I think many of our fans see it as a hole in their collection so it will be nice to help them complete the set. That album means so much to people.

Speaking of the tour, Carnall says: “Nothing comes close to live music. It will be one of those sets where I’ll hardly have to sing. It’s going to be electric – particularly after the shit show of the past 18 months.”

At the three gigs in 2021, Milburn will perform the album in full, along with a selection of other tracks from the band’s back catalogue. In addition, the band have commissioned a one-off t-shirt design in memory of their dear friend Anthony Allen. All profits from its sale will go to charity.

Fans who pre-order the album by 9am on Wednesday 7th July will have two days to purchase priority tickets before they go on general sale at 9am on Friday 9th July. Tickets will be available from www.gigsandtours.com / www.ticketmaster.co.uk
