Following confirmation of a 15th anniversary Jewellery Quarter’ tour, Midlands indie favourites, The Twang, will be releasing a special edition album this December.

‘Jewellery Quarter 24K’ will be available as an extremely limited edition gold splatter LP with fresh artwork.

Released in 2009, the Top 20 sophomore album spawned singles such as “Barney Rubble” and “Encouraging Sign”, alongside live staples “Took The Fun” and “Back Where We Started”.

The record was named after the area the band have been based since 2008 and is full of Birmingham references.

The original artwork was hand sprayed by local graffiti artist, Temper, and uses the iconic Baskerville typeface which was designed in Birmingham in 1757.

Their December UK tour will see “Jewellery Quarter” performed in its entirety across nine shows, including some tracks that have never been played live before, alongside fan favourites and some more surprises in store…

Tickets are on sale now – available here – and full dates are listed below.
