Kicking off at Hatfield Park on Saturday May 25th, and then Leeds Temple Newsam on Sunday May 26th, Slam Dunk Festival returns for 2024 with a stacked lineup of Rock, Pop-Punk, Emo, and alternative music.
From You Me At Six bidding farewell with their final festival performances to The All-American Rejects and Mallory Knox comebacks, it is shaping up to be quite the year for the popular two-day event.
Boys Like Girls, State Champs, and The Blackout will all feature on the Slam Dunk Stage, the first of five stages comprising Slam Dunk royalty and some of the most exciting up and coming talent the UK alternative scene has to offer.
On the GoPro Stage, you can bear witness to a highly anticipated sub-headline performance from Funeral For A Friend, sandwiched between Asking Alexandria and headliners, I Prevail.
The Kerrang! Stage boasts an impressive lineup, with a special closing party following performances by Palaye Royale, Against The Current, and many more.
The likes of The Skints and The Interrupters will be making the Monster Energy Stage their home later this month, while The Key Club stage welcomes The Wonder Years, LS Dunes, and so many more artists, with the full schedule shown below.

BOB VYLAN (15:20-16:00, The Kerrang! Stage)
Bob Vylan are a dynamic duo at the forefront of the UK punk scene, known for their fierce and uncompromising approach to music and activism. Consisting of vocalist and guitarist Bobby Vylan and drummer Bobbie Vylan, the London-based outfit combines elements of punk, rap, grime, and hardcore to create a unique and hard-hitting sound.
With their electrifying live performances and unapologetic message, Bob Vylan have garnered a dedicated following and earned critical acclaim within the punk and alternative music scenes. They are celebrated for their authenticity, passion, and commitment to using music as a force for social change.
Their latest album, “Humble As The Sun”, is incredible, and an early contender for album of the year, so their set at Slam Dunk will give fans a chance to see the new material brought to life on the live stage, where Bob Vylan consistently thrive.

PALE WAVES (17:30-18:10, The Kerrang! Stage)
Pale Waves are an indie pop band hailing from Manchester, known for their dreamy yet edgy sound and distinctive aesthetic. Their music draws inspiration from various genres, including indie rock, pop, and synth-pop, resulting in a lush and atmospheric sound characterised by catchy melodies, shimmering guitars, and infectious hooks.
Pale Waves gained attention with their early singles, including “There’s a Honey” and “Television Romance”, which showcased their knack for crafting infectious pop anthems with a darker edge. They released their debut EP, “All the Things I Never Said” in 2018, further solidifying their place in the indie music scene.
Their latest record, “Unwanted”, saw the band move firmly into the world of pop-punk, a genre that Heather has taken inspiration from in the past. And thus comes this highly anticipated slot at Slam Dunk, outside of their traditional festival comfort zone, but one in which they are certain to flourish.

THE RED JUMPSUIT APPARATUS (13:20-13:55, The GoPro Stage)
Known for their catchy melodies, emotive lyrics, and energetic live performances, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus initially gained widespread recognition with their breakout single, “Face Down”, released in 2006 as part of their debut album, “Don’t You Fake It”.
“Face Down” became an anthem for many listeners with its powerful lyrics addressing domestic violence and abuse. The song’s explosive chorus and driving guitar riffs propelled it to commercial success, earning the band a dedicated fanbase and widespread acclaim.
Following this early success, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus continued to release albums and tour extensively, solidifying their reputation as one of the leading bands in the alternative rock scene. Their early set on the 2nd stage gives festival-goers a chance to kick things off in style this year.
