Lottery Winners Team Up With Chad Kroeger On “Ragdoll”

The rapidly ascending indie pop band from Leigh, Lottery Winners, have released their new single ‘Ragdoll’, featuring Nickelback’s Chad Kroeger.

It precedes the band’s new album KOKO which is out this Friday (21st March) as the follow-up to chart-topping 2023 effort “Anxiety Replacement Therapy”.

The track brings bassist Katie Lloyd to the forefront, taking lead vocals on the track.

Katie commented: “It’s so surreal to have gone from growing up listening to Nickelback, to getting to play a full arena tour with them last year, and now I’m singing a duet with Chad Kroeger!

“This song is about one of those relationships I think we’ve all unfortunately had that isn’t good for you, but you find it difficult to break away from. Luckily, I did, and this song is about that.”

Chad Kroeger adds: “After I heard the demo, the melody was welded in my head for a few days straight. I knew we could do something fun together and I’m glad we did!”

The video arrives at 7pm tonight (19 March) and the band will celebrate their release week with a pop-up shop in Leigh Spinners Mill.

The band will be there every day this week to sign purchases, chat about the album, and play some songs each day (with a little help from some friends…)
