Live at Leeds in the Park will return to Temple Newsam in May 2025, with some new additions to the map and another stellar lineup.

Indie stalwarts, Bloc Party will headline next year’s event as they celebrate 20 years of their incredible debut album, “Silent Alarm”, performing the record in full alongside their other popular hits.

Local post-punk poster boys, Yard Act, will also perform, along with Norwegian pop sensation, Sigrid, Liverpool singer-songwriter, Jamie Webster, and plenty more.

The festival also confirmed a brand new comedy stage which will feature the likes of Maisie Adam and Angelos Epithemiou.

Another new addition is The Two Legs on-site pub which will play host to the enigmatic Barrioke, music bingo, and The Big Pub Quiz.

Promoter and booker, Joe Hubbard, commented: “It’s always a privilege to work on Live at Leeds, but there’s something about this announcement that feels particularly special.

“The first band shirt I ever bought was the Silent Alarm album tee, so to have Bloc Party performing the album (and other greatest hits) to celebrate 20 years is a big bucket list one for me.

“We have some real critically acclaimed artists joining us as well as some big festival fun, and I can’t wait to see it all take place in May 2025.”
