Tramlines Festival, the pinnacle of Sheffield‘s entertainment scene, has just disclosed the stage breakdowns and the winners of the Apply To Play talent contest for its highly anticipated 2024 edition, set to grace Hillsborough Park from July 26th to July 28th.
After clinching the prestigious 2023 UK Festival Award for ‘Best Festival for Emerging Talent’, attendees are in for another top tier experience with an eclectic lineup featuring some of the most exciting up and coming talent.
With five distinct stages, Tramlines offers a diverse range of atmospheres, from expansive open-air vibes to intimate tent performances and pub venues brimming with unique entertainment.
At the Sarah Nulty Main Stage, festival-goers will be treated to performances by headliners Paulo Nutini, Jamie T, and Snow Patrol, alongside a host genre-spanning acts from Sheffield icons like The Human League, through to Example, Maximo Park, and more.
The T’Other Stage will transition from hosting daytime stand-up comedy sets to showcasing musical talents in the evening, featuring a lineup that includes The Charlatans, Holly Humberstone, Annie Mac, and local favourites such as Coco and Otis Mensah.
The Leadmill Stage promises an array of emerging and established bands and artists, including The Mysterines, PEACE, and The Magic Gang‘s farewell, as well as winners from Apply To Play competitions from other festivals.
The Library Stage is the go-to spot for discovering unsigned and grassroots talent, with Hannah Rowe headlining after winning this year’s Apply To Play competition, alongside other finalists chosen by various industry insiders.
Friday tickets for Tramlines are already sold out, so the only way to catch headliners like Paolo Nutini and Bombay Bicycle Club is to grab a weekend ticket, with limited Tier 3 tickets still available. Saturday and Sunday tickets are also selling fast but are still up for grabs.
