The latest headliner for the Sounds of the City 2024 series has been confirmed, as one of the modern indie pop success stories takes to the stage in Leeds and Manchester for two landmark shows.

Tom Grennan has enjoyed a major commercial breakthrough in recent years, collaborating with some of the biggest names in pop for high charting singles and selling out a UK arena tour.

He recently announced his biggest headline show to date at Gunnersbury Park, London, on Saturday 10th August 2024, and these two northern outdoor dates will act as the warm ups a month earlier.

Grennan will take to the stage at Leeds’ Millennium Square on Saturday 6th July, before heading to Manchester’s Castlefield Bowl on Sunday 7th July to complete his Sounds of the City double header.

His rise has seen the 28-year-old Bedford artist nominated for BRIT and Ivor Novello awards, following two UK #1 albums in Evering Road and most recently, What Ifs & Maybes.

Tickets for Tom’s Sounds of the City dates go on sale at 9.30am this Friday (6th October) from www.gigsandtours.com.
