Pixies Play Intimate Manchester Show Tomorrow!

1549 0

Following their acclaimed headline show at Manchester’s Castlefield Bowl and a special guest Hyde Park slot before Pearl Jam, alternative rock icons, Pixies will play an eagerly anticipated show at Manchester’s Band on the Wall tomorrow night (July 19th)!

With a capacity of 500 people, the sold out show will be Pixies’ most intimate UK appearance since before reuniting in 2004, and what better place to choose? Band on the Wall is a Manchester institution and cultural hub, which reopened earlier this year after an ambitious expansion project.

Along with recent single, “There’s A Moon On” from their forthcoming record “Doggerel”, you can also expect to hear classic hits like “Debaser”, “Where Is My Mind?”, and “Here Comes Your Man”, in what promises to be a show to remember when Pixies take to the stage at 8pm.

There will be no support for the show, so make sure you’re there in time to see the band. All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Band on the Wall’s The World of Music learning programme.

The new album will be released on September 30th. “Doggerel” is available to pre-order HERE. The band’s official store also offers a selection of exclusive formats, merch designs and album bundles.

If you’re attending the gig, have a great night!
