Ahead of the release of their eagerly anticipated debut album, “A Happy Medium”, out July 15th 2022 via Modern Sky, Sheffield post-punk band, SHEAFS have revealed their latest single, ‘Monotonal Living’. Released on Wednesday, the track sees the quintet teaming up with Grammy award-winning producer, Adrian Bushby, once again.

The band commented: “Written about the dependency on social media in the modern day, the track focuses on the hypocritical juxtaposition of not being able to live without it, and the self-deprecating pressures of living with it.”

It is the latest instalment of this band’s exciting journey and impressive rise, with big things anticipated in the near future. A recent support slot with northern punk icons, The Buzzcocks, followed sought after guest slots with the likes of IDLES, The Amazons and The Coral, with appearances at festival such as Reading & Leeds and Isle of Wight doing no harm to the band’s growing reputation.

Their recent signing to Modern Sky UK spawned popular releases such as ‘En Route Distress’, ‘Millennial’ and ‘Vacancy’, and you can catch these tracks, along with ‘Monotonal Living’, at their July 2022 UK tour dates, listed below.
