It’s payday for many which can mean only one thing, gig tickets are on our minds! Every Friday, we post our selections of ticket releases, providing you with all the information you need to purchase, including lists of dates, times of sale and links to get your hands on tickets.

This week, we have one of the biggest popstars in the UK setting off on an arena tour. We also have a rising band from Liverpool, fresh from the release of their debut album and now set for a very special hometown show. Here are our picks this week…

GEORGE EZRA

George Ezra has announced a huge UK arena tour for September and October, following the release of his highly anticipated new album, “Gold Rush Kid” on June 10th. The 11-date tour begins at Liverpool M&S Bank Arena on 13th September, before the finale at Sheffield Utilita Arena on 2nd October. Tickets go on general sale at 10am today via Ticketmaster

Ezra will also play his biggest headline show to date this year at London’s Finsbury Park on 17th July. The all day event features special guests BlossomsHolly HumberstoneMimi WebbThe Big MoonMychelle and the London International Gospel Choir.

THE HEAVY NORTH

The Heavy North are one of the most exciting new bands in the UK right now, with their catchy blues rock hits earning them a loyal online and live following. Following the release of their excellent debut album, “Electric Soul Machine”, the Liverpool band have now confirmed a UK tour for September.

The 8-date tour concludes with a special hometown show, where the band will perform with a 12-piece band, playing “Electric Soul Machine” in full. Tickets go on sale at 10am today.
