Jamie Webster Confirms New Album, Along With New Single & Video

Liverpool‘s rising singer-songwriter Jamie Webster has announced his new album, ‘Moments‘, set for release on Friday 28th January 2022. The announcement follows the release of his new single today, ‘Going Out‘, accompanied by a video recorded at Saturday’s sold out homecoming gig at Liverpool University Guild of Students (watch at the bottom of the article).

The new material was recorded at the iconic Rockfield Studios with producer, Dave Eringa, earlier this year. ‘Going Out’ follows the recent smash single ‘Days Unknown’ and showcases Jamie’s storytelling prowess at its brilliant best, in a typically upbeat release that’s sure to go down well at his acclaimed, energy-filled live shows.

Jamie commented: “People must pretend not to understand what it’s been like for young people, waiting to finally live what they are told are their best years only to be denied that life for so long. They’ve had so little support, their own pains weren’t addressed during lockdowns and nobody came out on their side or to change things, so ‘Going Out’ is about understanding why rules are broken. If people like this one and ‘Days Unknown’ then ‘Moments’ won’t disappoint them. It’s bigger, better and doesn’t compromise for a second to try and claim popularity over principles.”
