The multi-talented Orla Gartland has announced details of her long-awaited, eagerly anticipated debut album ‘Woman on the Internet’, out 20th August 2021. The album will be released on the Dublin singer-songwriter and producer’s own record label, ‘New  Friends’, and will feature popular singles ‘More Like You’, ‘Pretending’ and ‘Zombie!’, as well as new single ‘Do You Mind?’, released yesterday.

Orla Gartland says “Announcing my debut album feels like a moment I’ve been waiting for for years. Something clicked into place last year – I grew into my role as a producer and lyrically I knew what I wanted to say. Although this album was made in 2020 it isn’t laced with lockdown blues – it feels more like the soundtrack of new time to me; a sunnier time, a more hopeful time. I’m so proud of this record and beyond excited for everyone to hear it!”

Headline tour dates have also been announced in line with the big album reveal, taking place across October and December 2021 and including a huge homecoming show in Dublin. You can preorder ‘Woman on the Internet’ via orlagartland.com before 4pm on Thursday 10th June to gain access to pre-sale tickets, which go on sale at 10am on Friday 11th June. Tickets will be available on general sale from 10am on Monday 14th June.
